💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Tier 1 IT support contact for a global webnovel platform in our Toronto office. Your core impact is ensuring seamless technical operations so staff can focus on building the future of entertainment. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Tier 1 IT tickets and resolve technical issues
• Support on-site and remote employees with hardware/software
• Provision user accounts and manage role-based access
• Maintain IT asset lifecycle and assist with vendor communication

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of IT Support or Helpdesk experience
• Ability to work fully on-site in Toronto
• Solid knowledge of macOS and Google Workspace
• Experience with SSO and IT ticketing systems

• Familiarity with IT security principles
• Experience with enterprise SOPs and GRC guidelines
