Description

You will support the Asset Protection function for ALO sanctuaries, using data and strategy to achieve shrinkage goals, investigate theft and fraud, monitor inventory via RFID, and collaborate with law enforcement and store teams to enforce loss prevention policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations, preferably retail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in surveillance systems and investigative tools
• Proficient in asset protection applications, MS Office, RFID, and Shopify
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Use data and strategy to achieve company shrinkage goals
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and operational loss
• Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor activities and identify suspicious behavior
• Analyze inventory data via RFID for item-level loss investigation
• Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams during investigations
