You'll support store leadership to deliver an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact involves training new recruits and helping the team meet sales targets. You'll also handle daily operations like opening/closing the store and processing transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
• Communication and time management skills
