You will provide first-line support to customers using our wealth and asset management platform, resolving inquiries via Zendesk, escalating issues, and helping create help center content. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English
- Customer-facing experience in support, onboarding, or success
- Proven troubleshooting and resourcefulness
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Slack, Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Respond to front-line customer inquiries via Zendesk
- Escalate issues and follow up for resolution
- Participate in product training and stay updated
- Record issues in Jira and meet performance metrics
- Create help center content in Spanish and English
