💼 About This Role

You'll empower adults with severe mental illness to exercise autonomy and develop self-advocacy skills as part of a multidisciplinary ACCS team. Your lived experience and peer support certification will directly foster hope and recovery in both community and residential settings. You'll collaborate with clinicians to ensure person-centered care is consistently prioritized.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Empower persons with mental illness to exercise autonomy
• Assist persons in identifying choices and self-advocacy skills
• Provide training and consultation to staff on person perspectives
• Participate in developing treatment plans with person's recovery goals

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalence
• Must have received mental health services in the past
• Must be a Certified Peer Specialist or complete certification within 6 months
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license
