💼 About This Role

You'll own the accounts receivable lifecycle for an AI research company, from invoicing to cash application and aging management. You'll ensure receivables are accurate and audit-ready while working with Revenue Accounting and Finance. This role offers high ownership in a fast-moving environment building scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile accounts
• Manage aging reports and collections
• Perform credit loss analysis under ASC 326

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end AR experience in billing, cash application, reconciliation, aging analysis
• Familiarity with ASC 326 (CECL) and credit loss estimation
• Experience managing AR for SaaS, subscription, or technology businesses
• Proficiency with NetSuite or equivalent ERP
