Description

You will provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following physicians' orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting care. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes on a scheduled basis
• Follow and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide hands-on care with one client per shift
