• Lead full P&L performance for Sweden clinics
• Develop and execute Sweden market growth strategy
• Improve clinic-level KPIs and operational excellence
• Launch new clinics and expansion initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Senior operational leader experience in consumer-facing business
• Full P&L ownership and delivery of profitable growth
• Multi-site scaling experience in operations or strategy
• Leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organization
