You'll deliver premier technical support for autonomous drone products, troubleshooting software, hardware, and cloud issues. You'll be the Voice of Customer to drive continuous product improvement. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge UAS technology and cross-team collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver premier technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot drone, controller, and cloud product issues
• Act as Voice of Customer to inform product improvements
• Become Subject Matter Expert in Skydio UAS platform

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of Technical Support experience with drones/UAV/UAS
• Previous customer support in utilities, transportation/infrastructure, or public safety
• Willingness to work flexible schedule within 10-7 hours of operations
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and escalation workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
• Prior support experience within a 360 customer success retention team
