You'll own and scale Kustomer's paid acquisition engine across channels like Google and LinkedIn. You'll leverage AI to accelerate creative production and optimize targeting to drive measurable pipeline impact. This role goes beyond traditional campaign management, partnering closely with Sales and RevOps to align acquisition strategy with revenue outcomes.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and build scalable acquisition systems across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
  • Develop automated workflows for campaign creation, optimization, and reporting using APIs and AI tools
  • Create high-velocity experimentation frameworks across ads, landing pages, and funnel conversion points
  • Analyze funnel performance, attribution, and conversion trends
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Product to improve lead quality and conversion rates

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance marketing or demand generation in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue from paid channels
  • Deep understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and B2B buying journeys
  • Experience with marketing tech stacks like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, Apollo

  • Experience in CX and/or AI-native SaaS companies
  • Experience with CRO and landing page optimization
  • Familiarity with intent-based or signal-driven marketing
