💼 About This Role

You'll join the Customer Success team at Palantir, helping customers build on the Foundry & AIP platforms. You'll support and guide customer development teams to optimize their workflows, gaining insight into diverse industries. This role offers broad scope to grow in your own strengths.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to and triage incoming support requests from internal and external teams.
• Provide guidance to customer engineers and unblock their workflows on Palantir's platform.
• Build with Foundry and AIP to enhance enablement operations and solve novel problems.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical customer-facing incidents.

📋 Requirements

• Background in Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Spark, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript or similar.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to rapid changes.
