You'll coordinate daily office operations and workplace experience for the London hub of a pioneering AI-enabled drug discovery company. You'll ensure smooth running of facilities, manage vendors, and foster a positive workplace culture. This role is critical to supporting a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities maintenance.
- Act as primary point of contact for team members, vendors, and service providers.
- Coordinate guest experience, event logistics, and in-office events.
- Optimize physical workspace including layout and desk allocation.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in workplace coordination, facilities, or office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and maintenance programs.
- Proactive problem-solving and self-motivation.
