Description
As a Part-Time Personal Host, you will guide relocating employees through every stage of their move, providing high-touch support and local expertise. You'll coordinate logistics, conduct housing research, and lead tours to help them settle into their new city.
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the USA
- At least 5 years of residency in the San Francisco Peninsula region
- Own a reliable, registered, insured 4-door vehicle
- Flexibility to dedicate at least 20 hours per week, including weekends
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with relocating employees to understand their needs
- Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture
- Conduct in-depth housing and school research
- Coordinate and lead area tours in person or virtually
- Manage multiple relocations efficiently and handle administrative tasks
