Description

As a Part-Time Personal Host, you will guide relocating employees through every stage of their move, providing high-touch support and local expertise. You'll coordinate logistics, conduct housing research, and lead tours to help them settle into their new city.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the USA
  • At least 5 years of residency in the San Francisco Peninsula region
  • Own a reliable, registered, insured 4-door vehicle
  • Flexibility to dedicate at least 20 hours per week, including weekends
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with relocating employees to understand their needs
  • Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture
  • Conduct in-depth housing and school research
  • Coordinate and lead area tours in person or virtually
  • Manage multiple relocations efficiently and handle administrative tasks
