Description

You will develop cutting-edge next-generation RFICs for deployment in space and ground infrastructures, enabling global connectivity. Working alongside cross-disciplinary teams, you'll design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits to expand the performance and capabilities of the Starlink network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
• 2+ years of RF integrated circuit experience
• Experience using simulation tools such as Spectre, ADS, HFSS or Momentum
• Knowledge of RF transceiver architectures and microwave design
• Familiarity with radio related test equipment

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
• Develop Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes
• Perform IC floor planning and layout
• Characterize and analyze full radio performance
• Work with manufacturing engineers on production testing and qualification
