🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Field Engineers
• Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and demos
• Coach Field Engineers through strategic customer engagements
• Define and scale pre-sales methodologies and playbooks
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer feedback

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• 2+ years leading Solutions Engineering or Field Engineering teams
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or developer-focused products
• Strong technical background in modern dev tools and cloud platforms

• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling
• Experience with AI-native developer platforms
