Description

You will partner closely with the executive team to align people strategy with business priorities, driving annual and multi-year talent strategies. You will coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, and change management, while also owning employee relations and improving core people programs like onboarding and compensation planning.

Requirements

  • 7-12+ years of progressive HR/People experience in HRBP or People Operations roles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in HR-related field
  • Strong business acumen translating strategy into people decisions
  • Deep knowledge across HR disciplines: talent management, org design, employee relations
  • Strong analytical and data orientation

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive team to align people strategy with business priorities

  • Advise leaders on talent planning, retention, and change management
  • Own employee relations matters including performance issues and conflict resolution
  • Oversee end-to-end People Operations across the workforce lifecycle
