You'll edit longform, YouTube-first content for a top global tech brand's channels, collaborating with Snowball's growth experts to raise creative quality and retention. You'll shape stories with strong pacing and hooks, helping scale one of the most influential technology channels on YouTube.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-performing longform, YouTube-first content across established channels
• Shape stories with strong pacing, hooks, and creative polish optimized for retention
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, producers, and strategists on longform formats
• Maintain organized, scalable workflows for fast, reliable delivery at volume

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Frame.io
• Deep understanding of YouTube pacing, retention strategy, and storytelling conventions
• Experience editing across multiple content types (educational, brand, campaign, product)

✨ Nice to Have

• YouTube experience strongly preferred
• After Effects is a plus
