You'll join the User Research & UX team to analyze digital user flows across platforms and apps, identifying UX patterns and best practices. Your core impact involves creating structured reports that drive product improvements. You'll also support qualitative and quantitative studies using tools like HeyMarvin and Alchemer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct competitive and UX monitoring of digital user flows
• Document flows with screenshots, observations, and insights
• Identify UX patterns, usability issues, and best practices
• Support preparation and execution of qualitative studies

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in UX/UI, HCI, psychology, or related field
• German C1 level or higher
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel for data handling
