You'll build strong relationships with strategic enterprise customers in a fast-growing SaaS environment, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to deliver impactful business reviews and identify expansion opportunities. This remote role offers strong visibility across functions and direct collaboration with C-level executives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic enterprise customers.
- Develop customized success strategies aligned with customer business goals.
- Lead impactful business reviews and executive presentations.
- Identify growth opportunities and encourage deeper platform utilization.
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success or strategic account management in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success managing enterprise accounts with strong retention and growth results.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Gainsight, Salesforce, or ChurnZero.
