You'll join AlertMedia's Global Intelligence team to identify and monitor global threats, providing timely, accurate information to customers during critical events. You'll achieve high situational awareness and ensure business continuity for clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Utilize source tools to identify and monitor global incidents and threats
• Evaluate events for impact on customer safety and business continuity
• Communicate critical information with urgency and provide updates
• Collaborate with team to continuously update monitoring sources

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional business experience in analytical roles
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills under pressure
• General knowledge of current events and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a 24/7 team

✨ Nice to Have

• Language skills are a plus
• Experience in security or intelligence analysis
• Experience in news media
