• Drive engineering excellence through hiring, mentoring, performance management, and process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of software engineering with significant hands-on coding experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Go, and full-stack development.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and end-to-end SaaS systems.
