Your work ensures high-quality issue resolution for Runners, customers, and merchants. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment using critical thinking to triage issues effectively.

  • Handle high-volume omnichannel support inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS
  • Resolve real-time challenges with creative solutions and empathy
  • Meet or exceed set targets and metrics while in primary queues
  • Follow escalation procedures to resolve complex issues professionally

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
