Your work ensures high-quality issue resolution for Runners, customers, and merchants. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment using critical thinking to triage issues effectively.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle high-volume omnichannel support inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS
- Resolve real-time challenges with creative solutions and empathy
- Meet or exceed set targets and metrics while in primary queues
- Follow escalation procedures to resolve complex issues professionally
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM

- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar contact center tools
