You will lead laboratory operations to ensure compliance with CLIA/CAP guidelines, manage budgets and performance, and develop high-performing teams. Your work directly impacts product quality and regulatory adherence in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• BS/BA in STEM field; Biological Sciences preferred
• At least 8 years experience with 5+ years overseeing manufacturing or CRO production at leadership level
• Experience managing a CLIA/CAP CRO production team highly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products
• Strong detail orientation, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic leadership for laboratory products
• Participate in budget preparation and monitor revenue, expenses, test volume
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal parameters
• Lead, direct, and manage high-performance teams with accountability for operations and quality
• Develop or oversee laboratory production processes and procedures
