💼 About This Role

You'll maintain the performance and reliability of building systems across Allied's portfolio. You'll perform inspections and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role collaborates across teams to ensure properties operate efficiently and safely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure service contracts are enforced and contractors supervised
• Conduct inspections and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems
• Respond to tenant concerns and preventive maintenance tasks
• Complete interior and exterior maintenance and repairs

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in building operations or general maintenance
• 2 years experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm systems
• Certificate of Building Environmental Systems BES I & II or equivalent
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and building codes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working at heights and using booms/lifts
• Knowledge of Yardi FM or other building management system
