As a Key Holder at Club Monaco, you will assist managers in driving sales, training associates, and ensuring operational excellence. Your role involves supervising the sales floor, executing opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a customer-first focus.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team environment
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Goal oriented with focus on customer service and sales productivity

Responsibilities

• Help achieve client relation goals to drive sales and maintain customer focus
• Protect the customer experience in all areas
• Assist in training new associates on product knowledge
• Execute and communicate product moves and markdowns
• Responsible for all opening/closing procedures of the store
