You'll join a fast-growing fintech company, Zafin, to build an AI-powered learning ecosystem. You'll transform product knowledge and technical concepts into micro-learning videos and visuals that make complex topics simple and engaging for a global audience. This role uniquely blends learning design, media production, and AI tooling to create content at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create 3-5 minute micro-learning videos using AI avatar tools like Synthesia
• Produce screen capture walk-throughs for product configuration and demos
• Build motion-graphic explainers with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Convert scripts into multimedia learning modules applying micro-learning principles

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in video production or multimedia design
• Hands-on mastery of Synthesia or equivalent AI video tools
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Experience with screen capture editing tools (Camtasia, OBS, Snagit)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SaaS product workflows or enterprise software UX
• Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone)
• Motion graphics animation experience
