💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Pre-Sales Solution Architects focused on Microsoft Business Applications and AI stack. You'll own technical presales leadership across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Contact Center solutions. This role offers the opportunity to build scalable assets and accelerators while driving co-sell success with Microsoft field teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Microsoft ABS Solution Architects.
• Drive asset and accelerator development for presales motions.
• Partner with sales leadership to uncover customer challenges and map solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Microsoft field teams for co-sell.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading presales or technical sales teams in a professional services environment.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft AI Business Solutions including Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Strong experience leading RFP responses, solution presentations, and complex deal support.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and advise CXO-level stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Copilot).
• Experience building and scaling presales assets, accelerators, and IP.
• Familiarity with competitive platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Genesys).
