💼 About This Role

You'll respond to maintenance requests and perform preventive tasks at a student living property. You'll ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while providing optimal service to customers. This role demands superior problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain property condition per SOPs and safety standards
• Perform physically demanding maintenance tasks
• Monitor building systems and life safety equipment
• Coordinate vendor work schedules and deliveries

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or trade school
• 3-5 years full-time general maintenance experience
• HVAC/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II, III)
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intent to obtain
• Knowledge of Entrata, CMMS, or building automation systems
