Description

You will own the development and deployment of Anduril's TRS technologies, driving technical execution from concept through delivery. You'll serve as a bridge between Program Managers and engineering teams, manage customer relationships, and ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements and milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years experience managing complex technical systems throughout product lifecycle
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects on time and on budget
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams in a complex engineering organization
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

• Drive technical execution of development programs from concept through delivery
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements and technical standards
• Serve as bridge between Program Managers and engineering teams
• Develop and implement lightweight processes for planning, scope, risk management, and customer communication
• Own end-to-end execution of program technical scope across multiple programs
