  • Manage tickets according to target SLAs and KPIs
  • Provide technical support for laptops, printers, and applications
  • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding of users
  • Maintain Knowledge Base documentation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support within an enterprise setting
  • Extensive knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
  • Proven ability to use JIRA Service Management

  • Experience with Okta, Jamf/Intune, and Meraki networking
