- Manage tickets according to target SLAs and KPIs
- Provide technical support for laptops, printers, and applications
- Assist with onboarding and off-boarding of users
- Maintain Knowledge Base documentation
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support within an enterprise setting
- Extensive knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
- Proven ability to use JIRA Service Management

- Experience with Okta, Jamf/Intune, and Meraki networking
