💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. You'll work closely with owners, design teams, and superintendents to resolve challenges and ensure project success. Experienced managers may also mentor junior team members and support preconstruction activities.

• Oversee documentation, drawings, and quality control

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience as a construction project manager
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Proven ability to manage project operations and subcontractors
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools

• Experience with commercial construction
• Familiarity with Lean construction principles
• OSHA 30-hour certification
