You'll join Decagon's expanding Go-To-Market team in EMEA, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our AI platform. You'll execute thoughtful multi-threaded outreach and develop critical sales skills in complex Enterprise cycles. This role is ideal for accelerating a career in a fast-moving GenAI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and strategic outbound prospecting
  • Execute multi-threaded outreach across phone, email, and social channels
  • Research companies, map buying committees, and identify stakeholders
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies

📋 Requirements

  • High interest in growing a career in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Curiosity about understanding customers' business challenges
  • Self-starter with high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes

✨ Nice to Have

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing or quota-carrying role
  • CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
  • Fluency in French, German, or Spanish
