💼 About This Role

You'll join the TradeOps team to monitor and support production trading strategies across global markets including US, EU, Asian, and crypto. You'll resolve real-time incidents, manage trading infrastructure, and build automation tools that directly impact trading operations. This role offers exposure to full technology stack and quantitative trading.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and support production trading strategies across equities, futures, FX, crypto
• Investigate and resolve production incidents like strategy failures or connectivity issues
• Manage trading application lifecycle including launches, restarts, and configuration changes
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, automation scripts, and operational tooling

📋 Requirements

• Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree
• Practical knowledge of Python and Bash scripting
• Practical experience with Linux systems administration
• Proficiency in SQL for querying production databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Trading systems or financial operations experience
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and exchange connectivity
• Experience with Java (reading logs, configs, stack traces)
