Description

You will lead the development of large-scale brand campaigns and marketing assets, set the creative vision and standard across all channels including digital, social, OOH, and events, and evolve our visual identity system. You will partner with agencies and internal teams to drive high-impact brand storytelling that differentiates Justworks in the market.

• Bold creative leader with strategic thinking and executional excellence
• Fluent in both storytelling and systems
• Track record of delivering work across campaigns, visual identity, and brand events
• Experience leading and scaling creative teams
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills
