💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise account strategies for Fieldguide, a company building audit and advisory software for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit practitioners. You'll drive cross-functional alignment and expansion opportunities for our largest customers. This role offers remote-first flexibility and the chance to shape the future of business trust.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and own enterprise-wide account plans aligning value with customer vision
  • Coordinate cross-practice initiatives connecting customer and internal teams
  • Partner with Strategic AE on expansion opportunity identification and execution
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and alignment sessions

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise account leadership or customer success strategy
  • Proven success managing complex multi-threaded customer relationships
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across teams
