You'll lead enterprise account strategies for Fieldguide, a company building audit and advisory software for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit practitioners. You'll drive cross-functional alignment and expansion opportunities for our largest customers. This role offers remote-first flexibility and the chance to shape the future of business trust.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and own enterprise-wide account plans aligning value with customer vision
- Coordinate cross-practice initiatives connecting customer and internal teams
- Partner with Strategic AE on expansion opportunity identification and execution
- Facilitate executive business reviews and alignment sessions
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise account leadership or customer success strategy
- Proven success managing complex multi-threaded customer relationships
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across teams
