Description

In this role, you will generate and manage a candidate pipeline, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate recruitment operations while acting as a brand ambassador for AlphaSights. You'll support campus recruitment and employer branding activities to help the firm grow by identifying and selecting top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
• 0-2 years of experience (additional experience in talent sourcing or recruiting is a plus)
• Fluent English is a must
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail
• Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in human capital and human resources

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and manage candidate communications from application to hire
• Proactively source candidates using channels like LinkedIn and creative outreach
• Screen resumes, review test results, and conduct phone and first round interviews
• Manage candidate pipeline, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters and employment contracts
• Support campus recruitment logistics and employer branding activities
