📋 Requirements

• Open from junior to senior levels; product experience not required.
• Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to understand trading algorithms and translate into product requirements.

• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
