• Review inspection reports to identify required repairs and improvements.
• Translate technical findings into plain-language repair recommendations for homeowners.
• Present repair options that are easy for homeowners to understand and approve.
• Manage multiple inspection-to-repair translations simultaneously.

• 1–3 years in inspections, operations, or property management.
• Ability to interpret technical or construction details and translate into clear communication.
• Exceptional written communication skills focused on clarity and persuasion.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple requests without sacrificing quality.
