You'll lead and develop a team of 5-10 field sales representatives across the South West territory. Your mission is to drive ambitious growth targets for our payment and software solutions. You'll play a key role in recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead, inspire and develop a team of sales representatives
• Manage team performance through daily activity reviews and feedback

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a sales leadership role
• Experience managing and motivating field-based salespeople
• Data-driven analytical mindset with high emotional intelligence
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
