💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and work toward sales targets using your fandom knowledge and customer experience skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is pulled away
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product using approved equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
