Description

You will own the security strategy and execution for JetBrains' AI-native software development platform, combining product security, cloud and platform security, and enterprise trust-building. Partner with product and engineering leaders to enable fast shipping while meeting security expectations of regulated organizations.

Requirements

• Senior experience leading platform or product security for a cloud platform or developer tooling
• Hands-on background in threat modeling, secure architecture, identity and access control, secret management
• Experience building security programs that support enterprise adoption
• Comfort operating in early-stage product contexts with ability to define security while product is being built

Responsibilities

• Build and run security program: vulnerability management, security testing, incident response, secure SDLC
• Define security controls for identity, integrations, telemetry, billing, and administrative UX
• Lead readiness for enterprise security reviews and customer-facing security assurance
• Partner with Sales and Solutions to unblock enterprise rollouts with credible security answers
• Build and mentor a lean security team (platform and product security)
