You'll lead and scale Zippy's core infrastructure, IT systems, and security program as a senior leader. You'll set strategic direction while ensuring high availability, compliance, and operational excellence. This remote-first role offers high autonomy in a fintech environment backed by institutional investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead high-performing DevOps, IT, and Security team
• Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with company objectives
• Guide DevOps architecture and drive adoption of modern practices
• Direct IT operations including end-user support and corporate systems
• Own security posture and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, IT, and/or Security roles
• Director level or higher leadership experience
• Deep expertise in AWS, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code
• Strong understanding of security posture frameworks and compliance standards

• Experience in regulated environments (fintech, healthcare, etc.)
