Description

You will help residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a supportive and caring manner, working as part of a team under nurse supervision to deliver person-centered care. This entry-level role offers growth potential and daily access to earned wages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No certification required
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to assist with ADLs

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, and dressing
• Provide supervision, cueing, or non-weight-bearing assistance for transfer ambulation
• Communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with resident needs and team structure
• Work as a team under the supervision and direction of the nurse in charge
• Quickly respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents as directed by the nurse
