💼 About This Role

You'll work with strategic customers in Japan as a trusted technical advisor, delivering solution presentations, demos, and proofs of concept. You'll manage the Customer Demo Lab, maintaining Extreme Networks equipment for testing and validation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with account managers to identify customer needs and propose technical solutions
• Conduct training and product demonstrations to employees, customers, and partners
• Deliver technical assessments, proof-of-concept deployments, and architectural workshops
• Manage and maintain the Customer Demo Lab environment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or network consulting
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, switching/routing, wireless LAN, or cloud-managed networks
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English

✨ Nice to Have

• Vendor certifications in networking, wireless, access control, or cloud
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or similar vendors
• Experience as a Network Engineer or Lab Engineer
