Description

You will assist in day-to-day IR activities, including preparing earnings calls, investor days, and roadshows. You'll develop and lead the retail investor relations strategy, monitor digital and social sentiment, and provide analytics on shareholder trends for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of experience in finance or investment banking/asset management
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR

Responsibilities

• Engage cross-functionally in preparation of earnings calls, investor days, roadshows, and shareholder meetings with focus on retail accessibility
• Create and lead the company's retail investor relations strategy and scalable engagement across digital, social, and emerging platforms
• Monitor social platforms and investor forums to track sentiment, engagement trends, and emerging narratives, providing regular insights to leadership
• Develop analytics and reporting for total shareholder universe for all constituents
• Take on additional strategic projects across finance with a hands-on mindset
