🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and onboard new high-growth advertisers in the Irish market.
• Own and grow a dedicated book of business to achieve sales KPIs.
• Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Consult clients on Snap's lower-funnel performance strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media sales or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of hitting high-volume sales quotas.
• Deep understanding of lower-funnel performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, attribution).
• Strong network within Irish agency landscape.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Snap Ads Manager.
• Experience with pixel implementation and catalog integration.
• Familiarity with auction-based bidding strategies.
