💼 About This Role

You'll own and execute partner strategy for key partners at TTEC Digital, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. You'll drive joint GTM initiatives that build pipeline and deliver revenue outcomes. This is a 100% remote individual contributor role requiring both strategic leadership and tactical execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute partner strategies aligned to growth priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Practice Leaders on GTM motions and account plans.
• Own tactical execution of partner GTM initiatives including joint account plans.
• Drive lifecycle of joint offerings from business case to business modeling.

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS platforms, or CX/CCaaS markets.
• Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and hands-on in partner roles.
• Proven success in building joint GTM strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and using data to manage partnerships.

• Experience with AI/GenAI and data/analytics partner ecosystems.
• Experience in CX modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Familiarity with partner tiering, certifications, and scorecards.
