You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, assisting with daily tasks like bathing, eating, and mobility under nurse supervision. Your role helps residents maintain comfort and independence while ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements

• CNA/STNA certification in Ohio
• Pass state test and be on Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift technique and equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, and ambulation
