🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues
• Maintain documentation in ChartEasy™ EHR

📋 Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner or physician assistant license
• Ability to perform daily rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Experience with EHR documentation
• Compliance with clinical standards and regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PointClickCare or MatrixCare EHR
• Experience in post-acute care
• Familiarity with voice dictation software
