You'll serve as the principal financial advisor and strategic partner to the COO, leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for a mission-driven nonprofit. You'll oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with grant and contract fiscal requirements, and drive financial sustainability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Demonstrated nonprofit financial management experience including budgets and audits.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards and fiscal compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and communicate to diverse audiences.
